How do I access the online course?
Completion of our e-commerce checkout procedure leads to a screen that links you directly to the start of the course. This screen can also be printed to act as your invoice. This screen will also be emailed to you, automatically and instantly. If you do not receive this, you should contact Kaplan Customer Service by filling in the below form or emailing enquiries@cimastudy.com

How long do courses take?
There are approximately 120 hours of learning for each course, and each course covers the CIMA learning outcomes for that subject as specified in CIMA's CGMA® syllabus. Each course provides access for 12 months. Candidates usually take around three to four years to complete all 16 courses.

What’s included in my course?
All of the CIMA Study distance learning courses include 120 hours of e-learning content written by CIMA, and cover the learning outcomes as specified in the syllabus. Each learning outcome unit is complete with interactive activities, reading assignments, mid module checks and real life examples. In addition to this, we recommend that you do all the past exam questions in the recommended time and then compare your answers with the examiner's answers. Additional study materials, and enhanced tutor support is provided with CIMA Study Prime courses.

Am I assessed?
The Certificate in Business Accounting courses include end of unit questions and answers which are assessed and your scores recorded. In addition at the end of the courses there is a complete mock exam which is timed, assessed and scored as in the real objective tests so you can measure your readiness.
For CIMA's CGMA® Professional Qualification objective test subjects, as you go through the courses, you can 'Take a Test'; there are a variety of formats: multiple-choice questions, matching statements, calculations and drag-and-drop exercises. There are also review questions throughout, which follow the format of exam questions and for which comparison can be made against a suggested solution. At the end of your course there is a complete mock exam which is timed, assessed and scored automatically so you can ensure your readiness for the exam. For the Case Study courses you will be given access to a mock exam based on the pre-seen material for the current exam sitting. This will be released to you on a set date. You can submit your answer for marking by the deadline set to receive a mark and feedback from one of our markers.

What are the technical requirements for my computer?
Microsoft Windows PC running Windows 7 or above. Browser used should ideally be Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 11 (excluding Edge), Mozilla Firefox (latest version) or Google Chrome (latest version).
We recommend you only use the above devices/browsers. Users using the following may experience limited functionality; Apple Safari, Opera or iPad.

How much do the courses cost?
Individual courses start at £137.50 (excluding VAT). All prices can be found on the course level pages.
- How do I buy online?
Once our courses are available to buy, individual students can buy online from our secure site. Simply browse for available courses and add them to your basket.
- I already have CIMA Study, can I upgrade to CIMA Study Prime?

Books and printed material
- I already have a CIMA text book. Should I buy the online course as well?
There are similarities between the coverage of CIMA’s official textbook and the online courses as they both provide comprehensive coverage of the syllabus. The main difference is the treatment of the material: CIMAstudy.com offers a different learning experience from the book, bringing the theory to life and giving you the opportunity to learn in a more interactive way as well as providing new case studies, and exercises within the modules to test your understanding and exam practice questions.

The courses have been designed as a one-stop study solution, and everything needed to complete the course is included. Prime courses also include CIMA’s official study text as an ebook.

- How do I validate a coupon code?
Proceed through your checkout as normal and, at stage 4 of payment, you will be given the opportunity to enter your code, and to review your cart, before final payment.
- How do I validate a passcode?
From the CIMAstudy.com
homepage , click ‘Enter Passcode’ in the top right corner. Enter your passcode in the requisite field. From here, just enter the rest of your details as appropriate. Once you have completed your address, you will now have access to your course. Repeat the process for multiple passcodes.
